Donations

All donations made to Prayas Sansthan are considered voluntary contributions and are used solely for charitable purposes. Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the funds are immediately allocated toward ongoing and planned social initiatives.

Refund Policy

As a non-profit organization, Prayas Sansthan does not offer refunds on donations, except in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions
• Technical errors during payment
• Unauthorized transactions

In such exceptional cases, donors may contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with valid proof for review.

Cancellation Policy

Donations once made cannot be cancelled. Donors are requested to verify all details before completing the payment process.
